Bug 1706509: [G2] Doesn't validate as XHTML 1.0

Move the sidebar collapse <script> tag into the subsequent <td>
element so that it's legal XHTML 1.0. This still looks fine on FF2
and IE6. Review #232.

make showAlbumOwner/showImageOwner theme settings also apply to info shown

Remove property svn:keywords Date and remove $Date$ from file contents.
Fixes MANIFEST size/crc checksum differences for non-standard environments (different LANG / time-zone env vars lead to localized expansion of the Date keyword).

Add new GalleryTheme standard setting called dynamicLinks (part of theme api 2.4),
to select whether thumbnail links in a dynamic album will browse the dynamic album,
jump to the original album for each item, or offer a separate link for jumping to
the original album. Implement this in matrix theme.

check*Blocks parameters for core.EmergencyEditItemLink block are now deprecated;
new form is checkBlocks="sidebar,album"; use this in all themes, including carbon

Better cross-browser support for image frames.
ImageFrame container now accepts width/height/maxSize parameters so we can
render a fixed size frame that works across browsers (fixes display for
opera and safari). Updated themes and modules to use these params.

Anyone wishing to use an imageframe that dynamically resizes to fit
its content (even changing after page is loaded) can simply omit the
width/height parameters. This frame will dynamically resize but still
doesn't render correctly on opera/safari.

Added the concept of an "emergency edit link". Themers put links to
this block anywhere on their pages and tell it which block lists to
check (sidebar, album, photo) and it will add an 'edit' link if there
isn't any other edit link on the page (which it determines by checking
to see if the core.ItemLinks block is in the given block list).

This prevents users from removing core.ItemLinks and getting stuck without
a way to add it back!

GalleryTheme 2.0 -> 2.1
Added 'permissions' datatype to GalleryTheme::loadCommonTemplateData
which makes the permissions for the current item available to the theme
in a Smarty digestable format.

Matrix and classic themes now use a large blank canvas for empty
albums and the "this album is empty" text is much larger.

Updated matrix and classic themes to give the user a link to create
new photos if they have the appropriate permissions.

Remove uniqueId param for imageframe; turns out smarty {counter} tag uses
a static variable to track counters so we can use it to generate unique ids
between g->container calls even though we don't get $smarty by reference.
Added a unit test to verify this behavior. This fixes imageframe.Sample view.

- Remove stripBbcodeAndHtml processor in markup modifier. Instead, parameters can
be 'strip' and/or an override markup type, in any order. If 'strip' is given
then strip_tags is performed after the selected or default markup type is applied.

Rejoice, the new theme system has arrived! Here's the original proposal:

Highlights of this change:
- Combined layouts and themes into only themes

- All old layouts and themes are gone. In its place is the Matrix
theme (which is the old matrix layout + the old matrix theme). We
will revive all the other old layouts soon (as themes).

- All page views are delegated to the theme. There are six different
types of page views:
   album, photo, admin, module, error, and progress
The album, photo, error and progress views are generated wholly by
the theme. For admin and module views, the framework passes the
theme a block of template content to wrap nicely.

- Slideshow, comment, cart, members views are now module views.
- Comment views are no longer part of ItemAdmin.

- Most of the complex logic has been moved out of the theme into
"blocks" which are basically reusable Smarty template-based widgets.
- You can insert a new block into your template by doing (eg).
     {g->block type="exif.ExifInfo"}
- Any information that blocks need (from the db, or elsewhere), they
   will load automatically.
- blocks live in modules/*/templates/blocks and come with a blocks.inc
   file that describes them for the admin UI

- Added callbacks (mechanism that allows blocks to load the data
it needs).

- Added preloads (mechanism that allows theme to modify the <head>
element before we start sending content to the browser

- SystemContent is gone, and replaced by blocks

- New admin UI lets you select blocks from a list and add/remove/reorder
them in a nice DHTML ui. (Extended settings ui doesn't work properly
on IE yet).

- Themes now support sidebar, album and photo blocks by default. This
means that you can use the UI to say that you want to view comments
only on album pages, or only on photo pages. Or both. Or in the
sidebar. The theme designer can allow the user to specify the blocks,
or the theme designer can hardcode it.

- Totally revamped progress bar mechanism to allow the theme to create
their own style of progress bar.

- gallery2/templates and everything in it is now gone. The theme
controls the whole page.

- main.php considerably simplified

Miscellaneous changes
- Removed obsolete entries from all .po files

- Manifest code now tries to automatically add R entries for you

- PO building code is quieter making it easier to identify errors

- Fixed GPL preamble in all PHP files
